Quick start: the first 5 minutes

Follow these steps to send your first automatic message to a client. Choose the path that matches your booking system.

If your salon uses Altegio

1. Install the Povidomlyaka app in Altegio and register right there. See Register and connect through the Altegio app.

2. Connect a messenger: Telegram, WhatsApp or both.

3. Optional: add SMS from an Android phone for clients without messengers.

4. Check the order of channels. See Set up the cascade order.

5. In Altegio, turn on the notification types you need. See Set up appointment notifications.

6. Send yourself a test message. See Check that notifications work.

If you use Planfix or want to start in your account

1. Register at app.povidomlyaka.com. See Create an account first, then connect Altegio.

2. Connect Telegram or WhatsApp.

3. Connect your booking system: Altegio or Planfix.

After the first message

• Invite your team to the chat. See Add team members to the chat.

• Turn on the AI bot that confirms appointments. See Confirm appointments automatically with the AI bot.
