Set up appointment notifications
Notifications are the core of Povidomlyaka: when something happens to an appointment in Altegio — a booking, a reminder, a change — Povidomlyaka can message the client. You choose which events send a message and what each message says.
Notifications are triggered by Altegio, so setup has two parts: turn the event on in Altegio, and set the text in Povidomlyaka.
Turn on the events in Altegio
In Altegio, open Settings → Notifications → Notification types.
Enable the notification types you want Povidomlyaka to send, such as booking confirmation and visit reminder.

Set the message text in Povidomlyaka
Open Integrations → Altegio → Open → Integration.
Click Notification settings.
For each event, edit the message. Use the available variables (for example, client name, date, and time) so each message is personal.
Save your changes.

Good to know
Messages are sent through your cascade, so each client is reached on the first channel available to them.
Keep messages short and clear — they may be delivered as SMS, which has a length limit.
