Set up the Altegio integration

Once Altegio is connected, everything specific to it is managed on the Altegio integration page. This guide is a short tour so you know where each setting lives.

Open the integration page

  1. In the left menu, open Integrations.

  2. On the Altegio card, click Open, then Integration.

What's on this page

  • Channel group selector — choose which group of channels this integration uses.

  • API token — the key that links this group to Altegio. You normally do not need to touch it.

  • Open in Altegio — jumps to the matching settings inside your Altegio account.

  • Notification settings — choose which appointment events send a message, and edit the text.

  • Appointment-confirmation bot and Review-filtering bot — two automations you can turn on.
