Register in your account, then connect Altegio

If you prefer to set up Povidomlyaka before touching your CRM, create your account first and connect Altegio afterwards. This is also the way to connect Planfix, which does not have an in-app install.

If you would rather install straight from Altegio, see Register and connect through the Altegio app.

What you'll need

• Your email address.

• Administrator access to your Altegio account, to authorize the connection.

Create your account

1. Go to app.povidomlyaka.com and click Create an account.

2. Enter your email and a password, then submit.

3. Open the confirmation email and confirm your address.

4. Sign in to your new Povidomlyaka cabinet.

Connect Altegio

1. In the left menu, open Integrations.

2. On the Altegio card, click Open, then Integration.

3. Follow the prompts to authorize Povidomlyaka in your Altegio account.

4. When it finishes, Altegio appears under Connected CRM on the Channels page.
