Telegram disconnected after a mass send from Altegio: what to do

You sent a promotion or an event invitation to all clients through Altegio. Then you saw that only a few messages went out, and the Telegram channel shows Not connected. Most often this means Telegram ended the session because of a mass send from a personal number.
Why it happened
An Altegio mass mailing sends messages to all selected clients almost at the same time. Povidomlyaka delivers each one through your connected Telegram. When a personal account sends a hundred identical messages within minutes to people who have never written to you, Telegram sees it as spam. It ends the session and sometimes restricts the account for a while.
Appointment reminders and confirmations do not work like this: they go one by one, at different times, so they are safe.
What to do now
Do not repeat the mass mailing from Altegio. Turn it off or delete it if it is scheduled.
Reconnect Telegram: in your Povidomlyaka account, open Channels, click the Not connected status and scan the QR code with your phone. See WhatsApp or Telegram disconnected.
Wait for the Online status and send a test notification. See Check that notifications work.
If Telegram shows a restriction on your account, wait until it is lifted before you connect the channel again.
How to send promotions safely
Keep Altegio for appointment notifications only. For promotions and events, use Povidomlyaka Autosender (broadcasts):
The Medium interval sends one message every 8–12 minutes, about 60–90 messages per day. For 450 clients, this takes about 5–7 days.
The Send only to existing chats option sends the promotion only to clients you already have a chat with. This is the safest option for a personal number.
On the free Base plan, you can have one running broadcast with up to 1,000 contacts.

Will a new number help
No. A new Telegram account with no message history is banned even faster than an old one. A mass send from it gives the same result. If you want clients to see your salon's name, connect a separate business number and send promotions through Autosender. See What clients see: sender name and photo.
Will Telegram Premium help
Telegram Premium lowers the risk of restrictions a little, but does not remove it. A mass send to everyone at once can disconnect a Premium account too. The Medium interval matters more than the subscription.
Add WhatsApp as a backup channel
While Telegram is not connected, reminders do not go through it. Connect WhatsApp and add it to the cascade: then clients keep getting reminders even if one channel disconnects. See Connect WhatsApp and Set up the cascade sending order.
