In ALTEGIO you can send promotional broadcasts to your client base. Povidomlyaka delivers them via WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS, but mass broadcasts work differently from appointment reminders.
How a broadcast differs from a reminder
Reminders go out gradually, one per appointment.
ALTEGIO hands over a broadcast to every client on the list at once: hundreds of messages a minute.
Messengers treat this kind of activity as suspicious, especially when you write to people who have never written to you before.
What the risks are
Telegram may temporarily restrict the account or end its session if it writes to many new contacts. The risk is highest in the first days after the number is connected.
WhatsApp may block the number if recipients report spam.
If a channel goes offline in the middle of a broadcast, the remaining messages go through the next channel in the cascade, or are not delivered if no other channels are connected.
How we lower the risk
Promotional messages from ALTEGIO are sent gradually, at intervals, not all at once.
Appointment reminders take priority over promotions.
Still, a block cannot be ruled out completely: the decision is the messenger's. You run mass broadcasts from ALTEGIO at your own risk.
Recommendations
Don't run a broadcast in the first days after connecting a number. Let it "warm up" on regular reminders first.
Connect all channels before a broadcast: WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS. Then the message gets through even if one channel is unavailable.
Send in batches of 50–100 clients, not to your whole base at once.
Send only to people who have already been your clients and expect to hear from you.
Make the text personal: use the client's name and avoid lots of links.
