Autosender plans: Base, Pro and Max
Autosender (broadcasts) has three plans: Base, Pro and Max. Base is included free with Povidomlyaka. Pro and Max add more contacts, more broadcasts at the same time, several channels in one broadcast and faster sending.
On the Povidomlyaka website the same plans are called Basic, PRO and MAX. You do not need a paid Autosender plan for appointment reminders. See Which plan to choose.
Base (free)
Base suits a salon that sends an occasional promotion to its own clients.
One running broadcast at a time.
One channel per broadcast, for example only Telegram.
Up to 1,000 contacts per broadcast.
Medium interval only: one message every 8–12 minutes.
Up to 3 running repeatable broadcasts.
Start options: Manual start.
Pro
Pro suits a salon that runs several promotions and wants a backup channel.
Up to 5 running broadcasts at the same time.
Several channels in one broadcast (cascade). If a client is not on Telegram, the message goes to WhatsApp or SMS.
Up to 10,000 contacts per broadcast.
Faster intervals: Fast (one message every 1–5 minutes) and Very fast (every 1–2 minutes).
Up to 20 running repeatable broadcasts.
Immediately and On schedule start options. On schedule starts and stops the broadcast on the dates you set.
Improve with AI: AI writes several versions of your text, so the messages do not look identical.
Retry sending for failed messages after the broadcast ends.
Email notifications when a broadcast changes status.
Max
Max suits a chain of salons or a large client base.
Everything in Pro.
Up to 100 running broadcasts at the same time.
Up to 100,000 contacts per broadcast.
The 1 minute interval: one message every minute.
Up to 500 running repeatable broadcasts.
Automatic resend of failed messages when the broadcast ends.
Which interval to choose
The interval is the pause between two messages. A longer pause looks like a person typing, so messengers are less likely to block the number.
Medium (8–12 minutes) is the safest choice for a personal Telegram or WhatsApp number.
Fast, Very fast and 1 minute increase the risk of a ban on a personal number. Use them for business channels.
1 second works only for Telegram bots.
Locked intervals show a lock icon and the plans that include them.
How to upgrade
Open Payment.
In Additional services → Autosender, select Pro or Max. The card shows your current plan.
Select the period: 1, 6 or 12 months. Six months cost the same as 5 months, and 12 months cost the same as 10 months.
Select the payment method and click Subscribe.

When the plan ends
When a paid plan ends, your account returns to Base. Broadcasts above the Base limits are paused. For example, if 4 broadcasts were running, 3 of them stop. After you pay again, the paused broadcasts resume automatically.
You cannot buy a lower plan while automatic payment for a higher plan is active.
