What is a channel group (branch) and how billing works
Povidomlyaka prices mention a "branch". In your account and in billing, a branch is one channel group: a set of connected channels that send your messages. For example, one Telegram number and one WhatsApp number.
What a channel group is
A channel group is your set of sending channels: Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS. Each group has its own cascade order.
One group can have, for example, one Telegram and one WhatsApp. To connect a second WhatsApp number, you need a second channel group.
One group can serve one or several Altegio branches. If all your salons send reminders from one number, you need one group.
How billing works
You pay for each channel in each channel group. WhatsApp or Telegram costs 750 ₴ or €15 per month, both together cost 1,250 ₴ or €25.
Each additional channel group gets −10%, up to −30% in total.
The price does not depend on the number of staff, clients, appointments or messages.
Examples
One salon, Telegram and WhatsApp. One channel group: 1,250 ₴ or €25 per month.
Two salons, each with its own Telegram and WhatsApp. Two channel groups. The second group costs 10% less: 1,125 ₴ instead of 1,250 ₴.
One salon, two WhatsApp numbers, for example one for the front desk and one for a stylist. These are two channel groups, and the second one gets −10%.
Three Altegio branches, one shared Telegram number. One channel group serves all three branches: 750 ₴ or €15 per month.
