In Povidomlyaka, you pay for channels. Autosender (broadcasts) and extra chat users are separate add-ons. Find your situation below.

I need only appointment reminders

Pay only for channels. Reminders, confirmations and review requests work on any channel with no limit on the number of messages.

  • One messenger: Telegram or WhatsApp costs 750 ₴ or €15 per month.

  • Telegram and WhatsApp together cost 1,250 ₴ or €25 per month. Reminders then reach more clients: if a client is not on one messenger, the cascade sends the message to the other.

  • SMS through the Android app costs 500 ₴ or €10 per month, for clients without messengers.

You do not need the Autosender plans Pro or Max for reminders.

I send an occasional promotion

The free Autosender Base plan is enough:

  • one running broadcast at a time;

  • up to 1,000 contacts per broadcast;

  • one channel per broadcast;

  • the Medium interval, safe for a personal number.

When one broadcast ends, you can start the next one. See Send a marketing broadcast.

I run promotions regularly

Choose Pro (1,250 ₴ or €25 per month) if you need:

  • up to 5 running broadcasts at the same time and up to 10,000 contacts per broadcast;

  • several channels in one broadcast (cascade);

  • Immediately or On schedule start options;

  • faster intervals for business numbers and AI text variants.

I have a chain of salons or a large client base

Choose Max (2,500 ₴ or €50 per month): up to 100 running broadcasts, up to 100,000 contacts per broadcast, the 1 minute interval and automatic resend of failed messages. All plan differences: Autosender plans.

How many people will work in the chat

One chat user is included with your channels. Each additional user costs 350 ₴ or €7 per month. See Add team members to the chat.
