Common reasons

  • Recipient is hidden by privacy settings or unregistered: the client has no account in this messenger, or their privacy settings do not allow messages from new contacts. Write to the client in another channel, for example WhatsApp or SMS.

  • Channel is disabled. Please check its status in the Channels section: the channel is turned off or its subscription has ended. Open Channels in your account.

  • Channel is not connected: reconnect the channel, for example scan the QR code again. See Connect Telegram or Connect WhatsApp.

  • Telegram rate limit: too many requests: too many messages in a short time. Wait and try again later.

  • User blocked the chat: the client blocked your account in the messenger.

  • Payment required: renew the channel subscription on the Payment page.

Send the message again

  1. Fix the reason, for example reconnect the channel.

  2. Click the arrow on the message and choose Send again.

Delivered and read

Two blue ticks mean the client read the message. A sent message is marked as delivered when the messenger accepts it. It does not always mean the message has reached the client's phone yet.
