What Povidomlyaka is and how it works
Povidomlyaka sends automatic messages to your clients — appointment reminders, confirmations, review requests, and marketing broadcasts — based on the appointments in your CRM. It works with Altegio and Planfix.
How the cascade works
Instead of picking one channel, Povidomlyaka uses a cascade: it sends each message on the first channel the client actually has. The usual order is Telegram → WhatsApp → SMS, with SMS as the reliable fallback. A message is never sent twice — the first available channel wins.
Smart cascade takes it further: turn it on and Povidomlyaka starts from the channel each client used most recently, so your message lands where they're already paying attention.
