Cancel your subscription or pause reminders

You can cancel automatic renewal, pause reminders for a while, or disconnect Povidomlyaka from Altegio completely. Choose what you need.

Cancel automatic payment

  1. In your Povidomlyaka account, open Payment → Profile.

  2. In Active subscriptions, click Cancel next to the subscription. To cancel all of them, click Cancel all.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

There are no more automatic charges. The paid period is not shortened: your channels work until the date shown on the Channels page. After that date, the channel status changes to Blocked and it stops sending messages.

Pause reminders

If you want to stop messaging clients for a while, turn off the notifications in Altegio:

  1. In Altegio, open Notifications → Notification types.

  2. Turn off the notification types you do not want to send, for example Appointment reminder.

  3. To resume, turn them on again.

Your channels and subscription in Povidomlyaka do not change. If the pause is long, also cancel automatic payment.

Disconnect Povidomlyaka from Altegio

If you remove the Povidomlyaka app in Altegio, Altegio stops passing notifications to Povidomlyaka, and the chat inside Altegio disappears. This does not cancel your subscription in the Povidomlyaka account, so cancel automatic payment separately.

What is kept

  • Your account, channel settings, chats and message history are kept.

  • Message templates stay in Altegio.

How to come back

  1. Turn the notification types back on in Altegio, or install the app again. See Register and connect through the Altegio app.

  2. If a channel shows Not connected, scan the QR code again. See WhatsApp or Telegram disconnected.

  3. Pay for your channels on the Payment page. See Plans, pricing and payment.
