Pay from a foreign card or as an EU company
You can pay for Povidomlyaka with a card issued in any country and in any currency. Prices are in hryvnias (β΄) and in euros (β¬). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
Pay with a foreign card
In your Povidomlyaka account, open Payment.
In the currency switch, select UAH or EUR.
Select the channels, add-ons and period.
Select card payment and click Subscribe.
Enter your card details on the payment page.
If your card currency is different from the payment currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a conversion fee. For prices and discounts, see Plans, pricing and payment.
The card is declined
If the payment fails, try these steps in order:
Switch the payment currency: if you paid in UAH, try EUR, and the other way round.
Check that online payments and payments to foreign merchants are enabled for your card, and that your bank limit allows the amount.
Check the 3-D Secure confirmation: your bank may send a code by SMS or a request in the bank app. If no request came, contact your bank.
Try another card.
If the card is still declined, write to our support. Tell us at which step the error appeared and add a screenshot. Companies can also pay by invoice.

We do not charge VAT. The invoice says "Reverse charge", and your company accounts for the VAT in its own country.
We do not provide the service to private individuals in the EU.
